"Paradise Corner" is a place that at first glance seems like a true oasis of tranquility and peace. Here, among picturesque landscapes and luxurious villas, life flows calmly, and it seems that all the residents of this elite settlement enjoy the blessings that nature and wealth bestow upon them. In this unique corner are gathered the most influential and successful members of society, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and well-being. But behind this idyll, dark secrets are hidden, known only to a few. A young girl named Vera, who came from Belarus, has her reasons to worry. She cannot forget about her best friend Lesya, who recently disappeared in this seemingly perfect place. Like Vera, Lesya was looking for a better life and job opportunities, and initially she was indeed lucky. She quickly found a job and seemed happy, but soon her life turned into a tragedy. In a moment, Lesya simply disappeared, as if she dissolved into thin air, leaving Vera puzzled and scared. Understanding that she needs to find out what happened to her friend, Vera decides to go to "Paradise Corner". She is ready to do whatever it takes to solve the mystery of Lesya's disappearance. Vera knows she needs to act cautiously to not reveal her true intentions. Therefore, upon arriving in the settlement, she gets a job in one of the luxurious houses as a servant. This allows her to be closer to those who might know something about Lesya's fate, while remaining unnoticed. Every day, as she does her job, Vera carefully observes her surroundings, listens to conversations, and notices details that may be important. She is willing to carry out any task, just so that no one suspects her of being a self-appointed detective. In her heart burns the determination to uncover the truth, and she will stop at nothing to bring back her friend. Vera understands that in this "paradisiacal corner" there may be not only beauty, but also danger, and she will have to face the dark sides of life that she never even suspected. With each passing day, her investigation becomes more convoluted, and Vera realizes that behind the external well-being lie secrets that could cost her life. But she cannot back down, for love and loyalty to her friend are stronger than fear. Vera is willing to risk everything to find out what happened to Lesya and bring her back home.
